Because "It’s Probably Just Stress" Isn't a Diagnosis

Launching Medical City Women's Hospital

My Role

Brand Strategy, Conceptual Lead, Design, Creative Director.

The Challenge

Systemically, women face significant disparities in healthcare—frequently dealing with delayed diagnoses, less aggressive treatments, and the minimizing of their physical symptoms. Medical City Women’s Hospital was built specifically to close this gap, offering a new level of specialized, personalized care for women from birth through their senior years. The challenge was to launch this North Texas facility with a brand presence that proved to women they were finally being heard, while shattering the patronizing mold of typical healthcare marketing.

Strategy and Execution
Knowing that women have high expectations for what their care should look like, we knew the opening campaign had to be bold, unmistakable, and completely different. Operating on the truth that a hospital like no other deserved a look like no other, we intentionally bypassed expected clinical tropes. Instead, we designed a campaign aesthetic that was as elegant as it was empowering, establishing a visual identity that commanded respect.

ImpactThe launch resonated immediately, driving numbers that exceeded all business expectations and forecasts. But the true success of the campaign wasn't measured in impressions—it was measured in the closing of the care gap. The real effect was felt by every woman who finally received the proactive care she deserved, every baby delivered, and every tumor discovered.
